The NTS Engineering team in Huntsville is the same team as was previously known as Wyle Laboratories Engineering group, has brought a wealth of expertise and history in the design, construction, and deployment of specialized test systems to the NTS network.
This group of engineers is the bespoke test system development team for the Aerospace and Commercial industry. Each of their systems have been unique, one-of-a-kind test stands, custom engineered to the customer’s specific needs. They have built test stands for more than sixty government, commercial and foreign customers. From tri-axial electro-dynamic shakers, to C-17 landing gear test rigs, to the newest creation – the “Monster Machine” wave simulator, they are the “Go To” team for test machines of all shapes and sizes.

Test System Development, Start to Finish
NTS engineers work with you to define the requirements and conduct preliminary engineering analysis. They utilize computer aided engineering and design tools such as ANSYS and Solid Works for Finite Element Analysis, Solid Words 3D for CAD modeling, and AutoCAD 2D drafting.
Each new project has a dedicated Program Management team working through the design, materials acquisition, subcontractor management (when needed) and on-going project surveillance and status reporting. Once construction is completed, our team will verify performance to spec as well provide operational manuals and thorough training to your team.
