(Nasdaq: NTSC) (NTS), a leading provider of quality and conformance testing and managed services, announced that defense contract awards for NTS Camden totaled more than $6.5 million dollars for the first half of the NTS fiscal year 2006. The contracts cover Weapons Performance, Hazardous Materials Safety and Functional Testing. The new contracts called for qualification and lot acceptance testing involving new and upgraded missile systems, smart munitions, and combat weapons systems.
