I would like to use this opportunity to express my appreciation to all people at NTS who provide services to CalsonicKansei North America, Inc. for about 5 years if I recall correctly. I think that the first mechanical shock test on AOS Displays was performed by NTS in 2001. My contacts at NTS, Loren Isley, Jim Marterella, and Greg Busch, are always very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommended NTS many times to my colleagues. I always tell them how Jim Marterella brought to us (in order to save our time) the mounting base used at NTS for our test after samples failed. We needed to evaluate the situation and come up with a solution — delivery of the mounting base was very helpful. I want to thank everybody at NTS for their support. Happy New Year to all. I am looking forward to do more business with NTS in the future. Our decision making process is based on our past experiences, but quotes from competitors are required.
