NTS is seeking a Telemarketing Sales Specialist to solicit services and identify prospects for the entire NTS Enterprise via telephone, Social Network and email with the core focus on the use of cold call engagement.
• Increasing client base via Cold call, direct email, and other lead generation activities.
• Identification of prospects by using directories and other prepared listings.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of business services and value proposition.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through marketing.
• Explain services and answer questions from customers.
• Send written correspondence to prospects and new customers.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (present or future) and able to pass a drug test and a DMV and background check
• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Experience working with a CRM (Tracking all activities and meeting metrics)
• Experience with cold calling/prospecting
• The ability to build rapport with current and prospective customers via the phone and/or other media
• Technical acumen and/or drive to understand or learn how our services work
• The ability to schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
• Previous technical sales experience
• 5 years of telemarketing or call center sales
• Customer Service and/or Telemarketing Training Certificate is a plus
• Experience using Social Media as a sales tool
