Technical Recruiter

NTS is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources Department. In this role, you will assist in recruiting for local and company-wide positions, administrative and compliance responsibilities, and serving as the local HR Liaison. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition with dotted line responsibilities to the Director of HR Operations.


• Sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles
• Network online and offline with potential candidates with NTS centric skills to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract top talent
• Writing and posting positions internally and to the various sites to which we subscribe
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants qualifications
• Schedule and participate in in-person interviews, as needed
• Work with staffing agencies to assist us with temporary/contract positions and augment efforts, as needed
• Maintain applicant tracking records to ensure compliance related to hiring
• Act as an HR Liaison for the Huntsville staff, working in close collaboration with HR Business Partner to review new hire and term paperwork with employees, coordinate signatures, update postings, and other duties as needed


• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (present and future) and able to pass a drug test and background check inclusive of driving record
• 2-3 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably including technical and engineering roles
• Familiarity with resume databases and online job boards
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Must be organized and able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
• Understanding of HR practices
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
