Quality Administrator

National Technical Systems (NTS), the leading provider of testing and engineering services, has an open position for a Quality Administrator/Representative. This highly motivated individual will fully utilize his/her Quality experience and competencies to implement and maintain NTS Corporate Quality Management Systems and procedures.


• Implement and maintain NTS Corporate Quality Policies and Procedures through all departments
• Maintain facility readiness for external and customer audits
• Perform and facilitate internal audits and internal/external corrective action requests
• Write and implement procedures to comply with Company Quality Program
• Plan, promote and organize training activities related to Quality Program
• Track equipment calibration requirements within ISO standards
• Perform quality reviews of site performance and provide feedback to management
• Will provide technical report writing as required


• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (present and future) and able to pass a drug test and DMV and background check
• 2+ years of applicable quality experience in a test lab or manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have ISO knowledge
• Must haves strong interpersonal skills (speaking and writing) and the ability to interface on executive, management and line-levels
• Must be comfortable working within a matrixed setting and a self-starter able to work with minimal direct supervision
• Must have a strong customer focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Access, Excel and Word)
• Proficiency in desktop computing and utilization of company wide information systems.
• Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Must possess good analytical and report writing skills
