FP&A Manager

The Regional FP&A Manager is responsible for overseeing regional financial operations and partnering with NTS’ leadership to drive growth strategies, P&L management, and working capital control. The Regional FP&A Manager is a key member of the Company’s financial team and collaborates closely with corporate functions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide financial process leadership in matrixed operations/corporate finance business model.
• Provide analytical inputs on strategic direction of the I&C Division
• Working closely with Operations Leaders to:
o Drive business effectiveness
o Build their acumen and understanding of key financial levers to drive effectiveness of business processes
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for business decision making purposes
• Provide insights to regional GMs and I&C President on achievability, risks and opportunities of the annual budget
• Personnel and Interface Management
o Manage Interfaces between North American office and operations regions with Corporate Financial team on ongoing financial process; tax matters; and other unique national and international financial activities
• Analytics; Consultation Management
o Provide in-depth analysis of outcomes affecting Strategic Direction as well as key performance indicators Including revenue, direct/indirect costs, and capital expenditures for ongoing operations
o Improve the accuracy of the divisions forecasting process to positively influence operational decision making
o Monitor and report financial performance; analyze and interpret operating results, investigate variances, and provide recommendations on corrective action (if required)
o Conduct monthly project and backlog reviews with facility leads, as well as Operations and Sales Teams
o Support I&C President with compiling, analyzing and providing insights on I&C Division level data and reporting
o Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Reviews
• Process Management
o Prepare the annual budget for the region working collaboratively with the regional GM and I&C President
o Capital expenditure support and ROI monitoring
o Provide opportunity, pipeline, and bookings reporting and analytics
o Improve operational and financial performance by evaluating process inefficiencies and implementing changes
o Provide sales operations support for the region including commission liaison with corporate group
o Working capital management
o Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
o Perform regular forecast updates, as required

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (present or future) and able to pass a drug test and DMV and background check
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
• 5+ years’ experience as Senior Financial Analyst or Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis
• Strong leadership skills required
• Ability to work independently
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
