Dave Robertson joined NTS in July, 2014 as the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. A member of the NTS senior leadership team, Dave is responsible for providing strategic leadership in all areas of Human Resources including driving an effective Talent Management strategy to support NTS’ growth objectives.
Dave brings diverse Human Resources experience to NTS in both large Fortune 500 and mid-size company environments spanning a variety of different industries including Technology, Internet, Media, Hospitality and Aerospace & Defense. Prior to joining NTS, Dave was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Viad Corp (formerly Dial Corp and Greyhound Corporation); a $1B Revenue public company with core businesses in Marketing and Events and Hospitality. In his role at Viad, Dave was responsible for leading the HR strategy in support of the company moving from its legacy holding company structure to a fully integrated, multi-national operating company. Before joining Viad Corp, Dave served as the Senior Vice President of People and Development for Insight Enterprises; a $5B Revenue, Fortune 500 Company specializing in business‐to‐business sales of Information Technology Solutions. With Insight, Dave had responsibility for leading a team of 66 HR and Training and Development team members across the U.S., Canada and Asia Pacific in support of the company’s aggressive growth strategy. Dave has also held various HR executive positions at Honeywell Aerospace and; prior to that, America Online at the peak of the hyper growth “Dot.Com Era”. Dave began his career at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he was able to pair the beginning of his HR career with a professional soccer career.
Born in Great Britain prior to moving to the U.S., Dave is an MBA graduate in General Management and BBA graduate in Human Resources Management from the University of New Mexico where he also played NCAA Division 1 college soccer for the Lobos.
