EMI/EMC Services

NTS Tinton Falls is part of NTS’s vast network of EMI/EMC laboratories. Military and aerospace capabilities include 200v/m to 40GHz, as well as indirect effects lightning. We also offer two shielded three-meter FCC listed chambers and a ten meter open area test sites (OATS) is also available.

NEBS

NTS Tinton Falls is approved by Verizon to certify telecommunications products to network equipment building systems requirements (NEBS). The lab is able to certify to international standards.

Certification Services

NTS also provides complete certification of information technology, industrial and other commercial electronic products to global EMC and product safety regulatory standards.

Environmental Services

NTS has the expertise to accurately monitor equipment response and performance during the most severe test environments.

This facility offers a variety of climatic chambers, including:

  • Temperature/humidity chambers ranging in size from two cubic feet to 18’ x 8’ x 8’ walk-in chambers
  • The combined temperature, altitude and humidity chamber can reach up to is 70,000 feet
  • Also available are acoustic noise, wind and rain, salt fog, solar load, thermal shock, fungus testing, and sand and dust testing

Dynamics Services

Vibration capabilities include sine, random, sine on random, random on random, gunfire vibration and synthesized shock. Additional dynamic testing capabilities include hail and stone impact testing, acceleration testing, incline impact, and drop and shock towers.
