Drive Stands - Unique Service OfferingNTS Rockford offers unique capabilities for testing power systems producing up to 260 kVA and more. Seven (7) chambers are configured with drive stand portals and load rooms. Two (2) 500 HP drives and one (1) 150 HP drive are available; each drive is four-quadrant capable allowing for testing of both motors and generators. Drives are transferrable between chambers as-needed to give the best possible match between test facility capability and test article configuration. DO-160 and Lightning Induced Testing CapabilitiesNTS Rockford is accredited for DO-160 radiated susceptibility HIRF and lightning induced transient susceptibility testing both in-house and on-site at customer facilities. Packed in custom cases for easy transport, our HIRF equipment achieves Category G pulse modulation levels from 400 MHz all the way up to 18 GHz. Easily-transportable rack-mounted lightning equipment achieves Level 5 for both pin injection and cable injection testing, multiple stroke as well as multiple burst. Category L capability is available within the NTS family of laboratories. Shielded ChambersNTS Rockford has twelve (12) shielded chambers including an FCC-listed 10-meter chamber and a reverberation chamber. The 10-meter chamber is suitable for testing to most international emissions and susceptibility standards such as CISPR, IEC, VCCI, ANSI, FCC, SAE, and more. The reverberation chamber has a test volume of over 50 cubic meters with two computer-controlled perpendicular stir assemblies to ensure field uniformity. |
