NTS Pittsfield, formerly Lightning Technologies, Inc. (LTI), is home to one of the most complete lightning-simulation laboratories in the world. Now ranked as an international leader in the development of sophisticated lightning protection systems, NTS Pittsfield provides services to customers in the following areas:

  • Aerospace industry and Wind Turbine farms
  • Industrial complexes and Golf courses
  • Theme parks and other high-risk locations

NTS Pittsfield operates from an 18,000 SQ FT facility which includes 14- and 25-FT tall generators. The location offers consulting, in-house seminars on lightning protection, design of protection systems and testing services, both in-house and field testing.

NTS Pittsfield's client list includes:
