NTS Boxborough, Massachusetts location is a full service engineering and testing facility, capable of managing your most complex aerospace, defense, telecommunications or commercial program. We tripled the size and capacity of our facility by adding two new buildings and a state-of-the-art 10 meter anechoic chamber. Our technicians have the expertise to accurately monitor equipment response and performance during the most severe test environments. Our Engineering Service division has extensive knowledge of current test and conformity requirements, both domestic and international, can assist you in your product assessment and defining the proper requirements for design, test program and quality verification to achieve maximum customer acceptance and cost savings.

Extensive climatic and environmental test capabilities are available, as well as custom test set ups for hydraulic testing and FAA fire testing. Environmental testing disciplines include: independent and combined thermal, humidity and altitude, salt fog, wind driven rain, fire, Icing, thermal Vacuum and explosive atmosphere.

Our large scale dynamics laboratory includes electro-dynamic shaker systems, shock towers and seismic systems including independent triax, acceleration, shock, static and dynamic loading capabilities are also available.

EMI/EMC testing capabilities include radiated susceptibility, radiated emissions, magnetic emissions, conducted immunity, harmonics analysis, electrical power characteristics, airborne and structure borne noise, ESD, AC power cross and power fault, and lightning simulation indirect effects, and ESD up to 25kV. Military and aerospace capabilities include Immunity testing up to 200v/m from 10kHz to 40GHz, as well as Electrical Power Characteristics testing for ground, aircraft, shipboard, and submarine applications. NTS Northeast has eight shielded chambers, one of which is a three-meter FCC listed chamber and a ten meter fully compliant chamber.

NTS certifies telecommunications products to network equipment building systems requirements (NEBS) as well as international standards. NTS also provides complete certification of information technology, industrial and other commercial electronic products to global EMC and product safety regulatory standards.
