Biography

Robert (Bob) I. Lin has been a board member since 1988.

Mr. Lin is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Carlsbad, CA-based MTI Marketing, a manufacturer and distributor of promotional products for the advertising specialty and premium markets. MTI’s clients include many Fortune 500 companies including IBM, Pfizer, Sony, GM, Microsoft, and several others. Mr. Lin began his career at NTS and worked in various capacities for seven years.

Mr. Lin has been active in several industry and educational organizations including CEMA (Corporate Event Marketing Association) and TSEA (Trade Show Exhibitors Association). He is a 10-year member of Vistage (the world’s largest CEO organization) and has served on the boards of several charitable organizations.
